Aston Martin heading to Melbourne short on Honda spare parts, may do very few laps
Aston Martin has fallen into a deep hole, largely due to Honda. The RA626H power unit has proven so unreliable that the Silverstone team failed to complete a normal testing programme in Bahrain. Honda is essentially unprepared for the Australian GP, with multiple engine failures leaving the team critically short of spare parts.
